Staff is generally extremely helpful, far above what you would expect from a big box store .
Just because you call, and are told audio install is open until 8:00pm, doesn't mean the guy didn't go home at 4:30. But it only took 15 min in store to get someone to tell me that.

Beware of their very short time period on returns. Even in the package with recipt. I will never buy here again since they refuse even store credit. Bad policy.
I love this place !
Never purchase a warranty from them. I waited for 2 whole months for a simple repair. In fact, avoid them as much as possible. Go to PC Richards, it's just down the road .
