Republic Ramen + Noodles

Thai chili pepper ramen is the bomb. Ive been to every noodle house that i could find in the phx area and republic ramen is by far my favorite for ramen . Not a fan of their meats so i just get no meat

Portions are huge and the food is fantastic! Personally, I like the Chili Pepper Ramen the most. The atmosphere is relaxed. The restaurant is not far from ASU East; it's a great place to hang out.

Portions are huge, amazing broth, especially the Thai chili one, and really fun ambiance! Their boba is pretty yummy, too!

Forget about $.30 ramen , these noodles are fresh, not fried & they’re delicious. The broth is made from scratch everyday. All ingredients are fresh. Definitely worth it. Not far from ASU's campus.

I love the Traditional Republic Ramen with Pork . So yummy!!!

Republic flavor is supposedly their spiciest ramen bowl . Also, I think it's worth it to add a hard-boiled egg for a dollar!

Delicious food. Order the chicken katsu-don. A massive bowl of noodles , vegetables , and a layer of sweet chicken . Get some boba tea on the side... preferably green milk tea . Delicious!

It was WAY too hot inside, but the employees did their best to accommodate. The Curry Rice is DELICIOUS! So is the Thai Iced Tea . Sadly, I had to leave after a short time because of the heat.

The food was ok, I ordered the Thai Milk Boba Tea that didn't come out until we were pretty much about to walk out the door. I do have to say the tea was pretty awesome when I finally got it.

The only ramen shop I've found in Arizona, its affordable and plentiful. I really enjoy the Pork Ramen with all the fixings.

This is amazing. I got the pork broth with zucchini and beef and I literally want to just drown in this bowl.

Note to self: get the beef next time. Great ramen ! But the cubed chicken wasn't quite right for my Republic Ramen .

Meh. If you're in the area and need a huge cheap lunch , it's ok. Spend a few more dollars and get the tonkotsu at Umami instead though. This place uses soup mixes. It's not bad, but it's not very good

Used to love going here but they stopped making gluten free vegetarian soup ! I was told the manager thought it would be easier. I guess losing business is easier. Very sad.

Do not come here while it has nice decor and a nice enough staff ... its pretty much eating top ramen with vegies but ur spending ten bucks for mostly broth... they only give u like 3 pieces of meat.
