Amazing experience!! If you don't want to go when it's super packed, get tickets for the afternoon during a weekday.

Make sure you where thick gloves and bring socks and boots ....your hands will be the first thing to freeze.
Also....don't bring in things that you have to carry in your hands if you don't have a bag because the PARKAS DON'T HAVE POCKETS....
