Chilean sea bass was tender, juicy, light, delicious and amazing. Service is excellent and fast. Most of their rolls are excellent. This place is worth your while.
Everything is good here. Especially the people. If in the mood, ask Andrew, Cindy, An-An or others there to make you an experimental role
Some of the best (and most expensive ) sushi around. Plan on spending at least $100/person, but worth every penny. Don't order off the menu , just tell the sushi chef to cut you up whatever is fresh a
The stuffed katsu don is terrific. Crispy thin pork with crab and cheese inside. Great main dish to have with your sushi !
Awesome sushi ! Try the seared albacore sashimi with green chilli and the Sage Roll .... It's exquisite.
The chef 's daily sushi special for lunch is a good deal if you want a good selection of maki and nigiri (~$20)
The full katsu don isn't as good as the katsu don rolls that come with the combination platter.
When you’re pleased with the sushi , honor the chef by buying his favorite sake . In Sage 400 case, however, you’ll want to buy a beer . Kubosan’s favorite pour is Bud Light .
First time here and so far I have eaten the Sea bass lettuce wrap which is part of a 4 course meal. AWESOME!
Great spicy tuna . Actually has a little kick with the powder on the outside.
Ask for House Rolls - they always have something special to offer!
Try the new seared scallops with brussel sprouts . It's divine. And different
The special toro appretizer is very goos. It melted in my mouth. The eel roll had too much eel sauce .
Get their special rolls . Great taste without just shoving random ingredients together like some other places.
Chef Phillippe Schmit eats here on his nights off. He loves the Fire dragon roll . Read more
Be surprised and get the ribeye .... Medium rare!
Bento box at Lunch is Great. Get the SeaBass
Pepper crusted tuna is amazing.
The yellow tail nigiri is a must to start your meal with. Fantastic lunch menu .

Chilean Sea Bass is amazing!
The truffle fried rice is to die for!

Excellent Sushi !
Definitely not for the bargain hunters, but by far the most exquisite sushi I've found in Houston.
Texmex Rolls Are To Die For!
Great place. Love the pepper tuna .
Sage roll is great if you like spice.
Food, and the people
Delicious fish and sushi . Try the yellowtail .
That Volcano Roll though....
The volcano roll is amazing!
They don't split checks. Back to the 90s
