Great place to take friends or a date for a foodie experience. Lots to eat. I always buy popcorn here! Try the "triple" (cheese , caramel , butter). It's the best!! Would love to try more vendors.
We had a special trip to Sweet Auburn Market for tea tasting and it was perfect! Highly recommend it for a day of relaxation and fresh veggies to top it off! Tea tasting is called "Just add honey "

Bring your parking ticket inside and you can get it validated by one of the vendors with any purchase for one hour of free parking . Otherwise, it's $3.00 for 0 to 30 minutes and up from there!

So much to choose from. Bell Street Burritos , Yum Diggity , Rawesome Juicery , Grindhouse Burgers , Sweet Auburn BBQ and Arepa Mia are all incredibly delicious. Visit all of them.

Love this place. Ride the free (for now) street car here to check it out and grab some lunch . You cannot go wrong with your options.
Lot of good eateries here - Venezuelan (Arepa Mia ), a creperie , raw juice bar , burgers & more. I also rec Country Produce for fruits & veggies .
They have a farmers market as well as meat/seafood. Not a lot of exotic options (guava . Star fruit , etc) but they do have alligator , rabbit , frog legs , and conch

Be advised that parking is only free for the first hour IF you get a validation after spending a minimum of $5. Saw lots of salted meats out in the open with flies buzzing around...

It is a great in town farmers market , but I still prefer the Beauford HWY and Dekalb farmers market more.

Do yourself a favor and eat at Grind House Burgers while you shop. Also auburn market is a great place to get good quality meats and vegetables . Hidden gem of downtown.

The "Sweet Auburn" district's first settlement was on land formerly occupied by Union troops and was called "Shermantown" for many years.
Eat at Killer Grind house Burgers . Great burgers with a "Bang".
Great options for veggies and fruit...Grindhouse burger...cowboy style FTW....not sure about complaints..it's a farmers mrkt...not a Whole Food.
Competition for parking is stiff but most eateries validate.

AfroDish has great Caribbean/African food. Their black eyeds have me hooked. They're spicy though. But good!
If you like hot dogs give Yum Diggity a try!
Don't bother. Just go to the Dekalb Farmers Market and save yourself a parking headache. (And also get way better stuff.)
