Took power yoga on 2nd in San Rafael. Still the same great studio with a lot of the same teachers plus all kinds of improvements to the studio itself. I highly recommend trying it out.
This studio is much hotter then others in the city , try your best to stay in the room. Meditate and breathe !
It's extra hot here but the classes are really high quality!
Remember to breath . Engage your core muscles with even breathing . If you feel yourself holding your breath , enter the pose again. Namasté
