We had dinner and the food was great. If the weather is good you can sit outside and enjoy the view on the Burgtheater. The dishes are huge so totally worth the price (~20€ for Schnitzel ).

I planned to go to Cafe Central but there was about 30 people in line outside waiting. Walked a few minutes here & was so glad! Great food, service, view of the park . Nice brunch and large menu.

Lovely and warm place, great service. Good beer and awesome white wine . Order the Vienna Chicken salad , perfect combination of crunchy chicken , pumpkin seeds and baked potato at the bottom.

Probably the best typical Viennese cafe I have ever been to. The atmosphere is incredible as if you are back in time 1800s. You gotta try “Apfelstrudel ” with their beautifully crafted vanilla sauce .

Strongly recommend to try Mozart Schokolade, amazing taste! Friendly service , wide range of menu and the best location for chilling after a long walk around the Vienna!

I absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere. Very close to Parliament and the Universität Wien Juridicum etc. great to sit outside in the sun during summer. Plus they have GF cake options!

One of Viennas best and most traditional Cafés . Excellent Schnitzel , amazingly good Topfenknödel. Tafelspitz and Apfelstrudel were good too. The Kaiserschmarren looked very delicious.

I tried cheese strudel for a change but my fav is always apple strudel . Place is nice but not as authentic as Cafe Sacher . Strongly recommend for a decent Vienna Cafe without long queues.

The cafe is at a great location with a great view of the rathaus... But everyone knows it has turned into a tourist trap . Great quality coffee is appreciated but overshadowed by the mass of tourists

Amazing atmosphere. The food is good but not exceptional (Kaiserschwarm felt warmed up) and a bit pricey (30€ for schnitzel with small kartoffelsalat).

When compared with vienna food quality, this place was one of the best in the city . Good service and good location.

The place looks very comfy and I wanted to try their so-called authentic vienna specials, so I tried their tafelspitz. However, it was not as great as other restaurants which are far more affordable .

This is your place to go if you like coffee (destructively better than in other coffeehouses ), pastries , strudel or everything else associated with the local coffee culture.

Great place for people watching ! Lots of fabulous desserts to choose from. Sit and have coffee and cake as the day goes by.

We have been there in a very crowded time (Christmas Market ), the service irritated us a bit. Food quality was OK, not mind blowing when you compare with price. An elite Austrian Café .

A great cafe with history at a perfect location. Coffee and sweets are of very high quality. Sigmund Freud was constantly at this cafe .
