You can purchase through the Apple Store app on your phone. Your receipt will be emailed to you. No need to talk to any salesclerks. There are no cash registers, but you can still pay the salesclerks.

If u want tech support\repair u must make an appointment via their website or you will not be helped! :-\

AppleCare is must for any product. It’s very expensive to get repair without AppleCare. If you need Genius Bar and make an appointment online in advance or you won’t get help right away.

The Mac Book Pro cord has a known design defect, so they cheerfully gave me a new one for FREE! ;)

It gets hectic on weekends, so have your devices and serial numbers ready if you want to get in and out of there quickly!

Get the Apple Store app for your iPhone.... You can scan and pay through your iTunes acct for anything you want to buy. Quick and easy!!

If you are looking for training ...sign up for 1to1. It is about $100 dollars a year for unlimited 1 to 1 sessions. It is well worth the investment.

Make sure to call ahead to see if the product you want is in stock. Oh and get the apple store iPhone app to make appointments and such

Make sure you call ahead for the genius bar if you need consultation and show up 15 mins early. Apple is prompt. Mac guys love soft granola bars , too.

This store is often swarming, but just find an employee: they will help you quickly.

They're always so ridiculously busy in here. Very frustrating!

They stock some custom-to-order computers so drop by before ordering online and having to wait!

noisy laptop fan? get fans replaced. it cost around $50 total. your computer will run much more quietly
