Possibly the most authentic Japanese restaurant in town . If you are a casual sushi fan this is a great introduction to more delicate and masterfully prepared sushi .
Lots of focus on authentic Japanese items. Try the futomaki (or "big roll"), which contains imitation crab , tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette ), pickled daikon (radish ), carrots , tofu and greens. Yum!
