旧局長室を移植した場所ですが、低層夜景 が楽しめます。
いくつか椅子が置いてあるので、ちょっとした休憩に使える。
平日の午後、静か です。東京駅が良くみえます
日本郵便が初めて手がける商業施設「KITTE」の4Fにあります
