Goodness gracious this place is delicious! The food is like sex in your mouth and I don't think you could go wrong ordering anything from this restaurant . Rip Cap was the best steak I have ever had.

Beef Wellington and the Mac n Cheese are so good! CS is great and the side dishes serve more than just one person. This is a must try if you love Gordon Ramsey's HK! There is a dress code.

The Tasting Menu is a great way to experience the best of Ramsay's talent. To top it off, you get to keep a copy of the menu with an autographed photo. The English Garden Martini is truly excellent.

Not many options if you don't eat meat. I tried their fish and chips and it was different and delicious! Their sticky toffee pudding is a must, might say the best I've ever tried so far!

We had the 10 oz filet, potatoes , Mac and cheese , fries with alolie sauce and a shrimp cocktail .... it was all AMAZING! I don’t think you could go wrong with any of it!

Good but not great, too loud . Beef Wellington was great, mac n cheese , very good. Sea Bass , & Salmon were average. Get the coffee with the chocolate spoons of Amaretto , Baileys & Chambourd ????????

The experience here is worth every $. service is amazing, Mac & cheese is a must, and the filet is perfection. Cocktails are pricy but delicious (try Pimm's Cup). One of the top American restaurants .

Food was incredible. I don't eat steak so I had fish . It was great but the sides are out of this world. Get the Mac n cheese ! Leave room for dessert which was also superb.

Get the Tasking menu with wine pairing - explosion of flavors! AMAZING!!! Service was great as well . I only wish they didn't have overwhelmingly red lighting - made dishes look less appetizing ...

The service eclipses the food. And the food is fantastic! Staff swarm you to accommodate your every want and I was half way through my short rib before realizing I was cutting it with a butter knife!

Do order the beef Wellington for 2! They say to allow 45 minutes, but ours came faster. And make sure to get the smoky steak tartare for a starter! It's imaginative and magnificent.

Absolutely incredible meal. Will definitely be back!! Oysters were amazing and the Ribeye cap was one of the best steaks I've ever had.

I'm distraught that the wagyu I ordered rare came out well . Everything else was amazing! Will and Cooper provided amazing service and the gnocchi were the best I've ever had anywhere.

Awesome bread basket . Well known Ramsey scallops were outstanding. OMG...American Wagyu fillet! Famous Sticky Toffee !! Oliver and Noel were fantastic!

In-bone ribeye is good, Wellington - average. Get the plain fillet. They charged us 54$ for 3 scallops on the pic, outrageous! Staff can’t describe the sauces and give any recommendations whatsoever

Good steaks , service. But i wouldn't say the best in Vegas. Make a reservation in advance if dont wanna wait to be seated

The food was excellent. The service was great. We had the Caesar Salad , followed by the Lobster Appetiser the Wellengton for 2, and the Carmel pudding cake for dessert .

If you don't enjoy the food here, you're an idiot. I hate the misuse of the word " epic," but I'd write 24 books of poetry about this experience. Get dessert . It's amazing, and totally worth it.

Rib cap is life changing. Other steaks great too. But the highlight is the sticky toffee pudding for dessert . We've gone just for that.

Highly recommend the Kobe Beef Sliders for an appetizer , Mac n Cheese for a side and OMG Sticky Toffee pudding for dessert !! You'll wish you could lick your plate clean !!

Finest meal I've eaten in decades! As fans of Hell's Kitchen and Gordon Ramsey, I wish they had Risotto on the regular menu, otherwise everything was perfect!

Their NY Strip is to die for. It is easy to get a ressie (just call concierge if you're staying at Paris) and the service is excellent.

Try the beef Wellington and see if you can get a seat in front of the kitchen. It's interesting watching how the kitchen works and the ball buster chef making sure everything is done right.

Despite some Yelp reviews of overcooked steak , our ribeye and wellingtons turned out AMAZING! The espresso manhattan was also great! Service was rather lame...

Pimms Cup was a perfect starter to an amazing meal. Save room for the Sticky Toffee Pudding it was the best dessert I ever had :)

The beef wellington takes some time to prepare, but well worth it. The seafood platter is great for sharing while you wait!

The cocktails are amazing. Definitely get a Pimm's cup. Not quite like the authentic british one, but close. (It's not the traditional British sparkling lemonade .)

The bone-in ribeye and the marrow bones were delicious. Our server almost ruined it by trying to pocket an extra $60 in tip. Tsk tsk tsk

I didn't love the steak , don't get me wrong. It was good, but with all the reputation and expectation I had, I think it was just ok. Not the best value for money nor flavor of the dishes.
