Filipino Time at its finest. Was scheduled for 330pm, started waiting in line at 2pm. now it's 430pm the queue is still as long as MRT’s. Include: "A Lot of Patience" in your requirement list.

The people working at this branch are surprisingly pleasant and are pretty good conversationalists too. Do them and yourself a favor, and smile! It makes a world of difference.

If you're going on a weekend get an appointment at 10-10:30 am.. it'll only take you around 40mins to an hour to finish the process..

Surprisingly fast and very organized now. Unlike last 2013 when everyone was running to the 4th floor so that they could be the first in line. Good job!????????

Better be early from the time of your appointment. Though a bit fast, it still has long queue. More counters needed for this government agency.

If your NSO copy is blurry or not easy to read, make sure you have your Birth Cert. with you for no hassle of getting back and forth.

The DFA people were friendly and the way they process the documents were fast. They did not make things complicated.

Someone named Brian said DFA Alabang did not deliver the passport because it's the fault of the printing press.

This dfa branch really sucks!the guards were not polite,not approachable and super bastos!hope they replace the guard especially the guy guard at the eacalator!very bastos!walang system ang pila!

They don't allow non-applicants inside so the mall is definitely convenient for waiting.
