I haven't visited a JCPenney's in some time, as the last couple trips were disappointing. The sales and selection of merchandise on this visit impressed me.
Make sure you check whether your item is sale or clearance. Clearance items do not all apply for coupons which the coupons do not say. Also brand names -Disney etc do not apply. Too many exclusions.
Store generally looks like what you think the word chaos would be pictured as. It isn’t the worst but not the best. And it’s always about 10 degrees hotter in there than it should be.(in my opinion).
