Food was good! And the salmon yee sang taste good as well . It was crowded here where everyone came for pre cny meal. Recommended to try their chilled sweet and sour pork . Very special indeed !

Garlic fried pork belly is one of the highlight and only at Chef Chew. Fried intestine lack of dried shrimp flavor and火候. Crabmeat beancurd can skip. Chilled sweet sour pork & salted egg squid ????????

Ice cold sweet and sour pork and the ginger claypot rice are the highlight at this restaurant.Be sure to give them a call few days in advance for table reservation . Otherwise will be odd timing dinner

The 'gu lo yok' in ice is unique. Cold and crisp outside, warm and meaty inside. Rice cooked in claypot with ginger , eaten with steamed chicken ... brings back memories of home-cooked food.

Signature dishes are the chicken garlic rice , curry prawns , clay pot kangkung belacan . Look at the size of the prawns ! Holy moly! Parking can be difficult. Make reservation first.

Sweet & sour pork served in ice cubes! Pretty good too

My favorite is shrimp curry mee fen.
