Love being able to restock in person, but the location is challenging w/ the single elevator access. And wish that it was easier to pick up products w/out all the extra (albeit cute ) packaging.

I love glossier, but the showroom was just too superficially bougie. I don't need you to write my order on. Slip and then I have to take it to a cashier who just asks me what I want anyways.

Avoid on the weekends! Body Hero body wash, priming moisturizer and gel blush (in Beam) are all favorite products.

I'm a makeup lover and work for the fashion industry, I'd sure want to come here but would never want to stand in a line to get in! I don't care if the line moves quick, visited once but never again

Ok this is the place for your post capitalism makeup needs. Cool penthouse location in Soho but no views . This is understandable because one should be looking at themselves in the mirrors.

Such a pretty place. There will probably be a line to the register but it moves pretty fast

It’s busy all times the day so be prepared for a small line . I like testing everything.

Patience required during the weekend due to the elevator and checkout queues. Surprisingly good products for the price point, but not something to write home about. Buy a few anyway.

Usually a wait but definitely worth it!
