AU is part of Washington Research Library Consortium, so if you can't find what you're looking for you can borrow from other local colleges and universities .

Although the 2nd floor is deemed "silent ", the 3rd floor is a great place for intense studying with virtually any noise--try sitting at one of the tables facing SIS!

The Rolling Room has a bunch of really comfy chairs that have wheels. Great for larger study groups!

The entire second floor is one massive QUIET study space , with chairs and outlets, and lots of quiet . We encourage civitas here – be mindful of the needs of the students around you.

Great place to get your work done and feel isolated from everyone else!! It's great!! :)

Get a sweet snack (GUMMY BEARS, ANYONE?) and a sweet window seat . Rock until dawn. Repeat.

Student Tip: "hit up media services in the basemet to check out your favorite movies – they’ve got hundreds of titles and it’s free!"

As an undergrad, the Mudbox in the lower level was my absolute favorite place to get coffee !

The silent (2nd) floor is freezing. Bring a sweater and don't wear sandals.

The main desk for getting your research questions launched – connect with librarians, find resources, and get started on those papers.

I highly recommend The Mudbox cafe in basement . Run by South Asian people so I have a clear bias.

Second floor is the most productive.
