A bit of a boring pub , has a selection of real ales . Was quiet when I visited, if this appeals. I say look elsewhere unless you're with a big gang!

Directly opposite the far superior Plough, so you'll be hard pressed to find a reason to come here. It's bland, but inoffensive. A decent beer selection goes in its favour (but White Horse is better).

Andrea Campbell

Monday nights are great for CAMRA members. All real ale is £2.49 a pint (remember your membership card)

Carl Griffin

Popular pub . Is usually busy. Great real ale .

Dan-dan Cooper

Amazing if you like ales . And the food is brilliant

I am sitting in the green man and it says I'm too far away! Other than that a great pub quiz night! :-)

The liveliest pub in Harborne, by far. Normally have a couple of good guest ales on tap. Foodwise, after a few suspect years the burgers are back on absolute top form. Coffee also good! All rounder. - John Parkes

The White Horse

Best beer selection in Harborne. Very 'traditional' set up. 'A local pub for local people' - you get the idea. Even has a resident cat who likes to prowl around the rear bar area. - John Parkes
