Quiet comfortable room . Good wireless. Also rare great amenities in room including conditioner and a real hair dryer. Good breakfast . Close to city center.
Lucky if you catch a room to the riverside, use online check in. If you want to fully open windows use 4th floor.
Practical room layout but no free wifi and complementary water, a thumb down. The hotel is split in two separate buildings, ask for the room on the river side which has better view .
Clean rooms , great view to the Rhine river and a good breakfast , in summer also served on the terrace in front of the Rhine. Horrible hotel bar , loud and uncomfortable.

No ATM in the hotel . Distances to the room are a real annoyance. Although it is renovated it still is not what you would expect. Be sure to book including breakfast !!!

This hotel is bad in so many ways: labyrinthic, ripping you off with Wifi , slow service, mediocre food at breakfast ... Only go here of you must.
