Can’t go wrong with the standard cheese burger , but only 100 Golden Gate Shack Burgers per day are served! Try spicy chicken sandwich , delicious. Self-order kiosks take ApplePay.

They only accept credit cards, no cash

With the self-service system it's easy to forget about adding a drink or fries . Burger was okay but I'd suggest to wait until either the quality gets better or the are no more lines .

Worst service of any Shake Shack I’ve ever been to, but at least the food quality is about the same. Now that both are within arm’s reach, I can confidently say In-N-Out > Shake Shack

Got to get the Chick’n Shack! The best chicken burger I’ve ever had, but people usually overlook it

It was delicious. Definitely worth trekking out to Palo Alto. Looking forward to the opening of the Marina location

This is how many fries I got. Not worth the price but they were good. The shake was meh. The bun is remarkable and the cheese on the burger was that oozey good kind of gooey that is hard to find.

You can’t go wrong with a double shake shack and fries . If you are hungry add a Shake Cago Dog.

Not a lot of seating indoors but they’ve at least heaters outside. Order through kiosk which can be frustrating if you are behind a technology challenged patron.
