The merchandise is good but make sure you check prices and package deals 'online' before you purchase anything at the store ....staffing is truly sparse, very young with little knowledge of anything.
Don't try to get help from the dumb mobile department. I worked for BB for two years. Actually, you can do a PEP exchange at any store. But don't expect this store to do it. Idiots.
