The staff is awful! Their very mean..You should see their faces when you want to utilize the "711 App" (which they made me download!) it's almost like they think your ripping them off.. Don't get it.
The staff is very miserable, impolite, they have contests as who can NOT talk to the most customers. The coffee milk is almost always sour. They don't care about you at all.
