Great service. Same great Swiss Chalet food. For me, any negative reviews of this place might be old because it was a delightful, cozy experience.

How is it they charge for bags on delivery orders?...Just paid for 8 bags when it all could have fit in one and I didn't need bags for the walk from the door to the kitchen table...I'm just saying!!

Go to shoeless joes instead. We got seated and had drinks in hand in under 3 mins.
Slowest service ever. Waited 5 mins to get seated with no one in front of us and tons of empty tables and we waited an additional 12 mins for someone to come and take our order before we just left.
Come here on a Sunday night if you're looking for a quiet meal
Terrible service! We were friendly , patient & giving the server every opportunity - she was outright ignorant & rude! We will never be back to this location.

We came here twice to watch a game and do the stadium tour. It's really worth it. Only $16 and you get to sit in the dugout and walk on the field. - Tobias Negele
