Recently newly developed (2013) with brand new gym , all new equipment, plenty of space. 2 squat racks, plenty of dumbbells and cardio equipment etc. Membership is about $80/month with no contract.
Gym is really good, most of the weight equipment is brand new. Pools can get a bit busy sometimes, still worth it though.
State of the art fitness centre including pool. Top notch!
Do Body Pump on Friday mornings at 6am. Linda, the instructor , is the best.

Outdoor pool is awesome. $6 for a casual swim . Take coins if you dont have paypass
Nice swimming pool n gym . Just be careful in the shower room. Some guys never leave n stay in there checking out others.
