Combines yoga with colour therapy. The relaxing pink class on Mondays will help you face the week ahead, and the yellow and chromatic classes will really challenge you. Fantastic instructors .
Lovely studio with lights and drones. Teaching excellent also. Good experience
Great instructors but small space. Studio is pretty cramped and there is only one shower so you’ll have to be quick if you wanted to use it.
