Go to the Wendy's north of Grand River on Novi Rd. The service and food is much better. Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave if he knew about the lack of quality at this location.

This is easily the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The customer service is horrible and the food is rarely made correctly. The meat on my last burger was rock solid all the way through.
