If you’re lactose intolerant, or in a hurry, do yourself a favor and pick another restaurant . this is one of those places that doesn’t get when people say no cheese , they really mean no cheese !

Do me a favor , check your order before you pull off from the drive thru . No matter how simple the order was in the first place. Chances are somethings missing.

I've lived in this area for a long time. For the past 25 years, this has consistently been the worst McDonald's of any of them in the Cincinnati area.

Double check your drive thru order....it is wrong 50% of the time....

Don't go through the drive thru if you are in a hurry. Never fails. There are three or four people "working" but most of them are just talking.

Your order will be correct about 60% of the time. If you try to get it fixed you will be treated poorly.

This is by far the worst Mcdonalds ever! Seriously. They should write a book on the opposite of GOOD customer service. They suck. You'll see. Employees & manager could care less about you.
