Food trucks should offer food that can be served quick. I would not come here on my lunch break. Food is really good, but 20 minutes for a grilled cheese ? Try the ABC if you have the time.
Very good grilled cheeses , but the mac & cheese wasn't good at all. They've also vastly improved wait times.
For such a simple menu, the sandwiches took way too long to make. They should consider investing in a grill press to make turnaround time shorter and thus they'll be able to serve more customers.
