Don't buy the "work sharp" power knife sharpener. It ruined the tip of my $120 knife in the demo. Stick with a ceramic stick or whetstone.
Customer service was horrible. Called twice. On hold for at least 10 min each time. grumpy employee informed me that he didn't like working the dept he was in. Cashier was great though!
