If you want to be alone with your thoughts an just do a good workout, go to ladies only gym . Been there for 6 days in a row mow and had the whole gym to myself everytime - morning, day or evening :)
Gym is nice but locker rooms very basic.
Not bad at all for a hotel gym

Brand new matrix equipment, good assortment of machines. Weights area slightly crowded. This is a great place to come for a good workout followed by a day at the beach! - Laura Bos
