I don't understand how guests of Black Card members can't use the lounge . So, guests just have to wait while their friends enjoy a message, tanning , etc.? That makes very little sense. #fail

had a bad experience at planet fitness ivy city . was accused of being a personal trainer even though i was covered in sweat and waiting on my friend to finish her set. management sucks.
