Make your meal gluten free by omitting the bread or bun .
We had the sampler platter and wings . It wS terrible. Every. Single. Thing. Breaks my heart to spend $40 and leave a ton of uneaten food in the trash. Low quality meat, greasy, no flavor.

We were told we couldn't sample the brisket because it was all individually packaged and frozen, only thawed when you order it. Gross!
