Next to the one inside Pace Uni, this is the best Starbucks I've been to in NYC.

I don't go here very often. Occasionally pop in for a mocha , and they make it right (not too sweet). The staff is very friendly , in my experience.

Crowded on cloudy days, of course! No power outlet in the corner closest to bathrooms . Otherwise a great place to meet people and work

By this time im in T. Grande Tazo ice green I had. People like it. In my persinal case O preger coffee by far......

Watch out for thieves! Do not leave your bags unattended near front door. Guy in green cap stole a kind older gentleman's bag today.

Late Saturday afternoon and it's peaceful and not too crowded (unlike all Manhattan Starbucks). Love the exposed brick.

Great service. Great a/c (I mean brrrr lol). Great drinks.

The new Brooklyn Heights location design draws in the neighborhood atmosphere. Jury is still out on the service.

Be careful when you ask for no whipped cream . Between the cashier and the barista the message was lost (and the grande latte seemed more like tall with loads of whipped cream to compensate).

My favorite Starbucks. Friendly staff . It makes my day.

Even when it's packed you can get a spot. Wait a few moments and keep yr eyes out....score!

Not sure if the connection here counts as "wifi " it could count a "nofi" but not sure if no-wi-fi can technically count as actual wifi .

The wifi is painfully slow here. You can watch paint dry faster than a website upload

Don't expect a hello in the morning. Ordering coffee apparently is an imposition on the "cheerful" staff here. I prefer less bitterness in my morning java.
