Staff here (especially in the electronics department and the Starbucks cafe ) are amazing! So friendly and helpful...99% of the time this store sets the example for excellence in customer service.

People complain about the lane being closed well if people would look at which lanes have their lights on they would be able to see which ones are open and which ones aren't

If you have complaints about Starbucks, how about you just go to Starbucks on hwy and national..its not that much further. Stop your whining

Star bucks is suppose to be open til 9 and it's 743 and registers closed I even did my shopping first . Pretty much blows when it happens literally the past 3 times I have been here. # frustrated!

I like the target in franklin or on Moreland much much better, although I haven't been back since the remodel

It's so funny how people bash stores and little stands in stores. And the whole starbucks being closed at 745 is because they need a break.
