One of my all-time favorite NJ diners . Friendly staff and classic diner food (with a Greek spin). Be sure to get the seasoned waffle fries !
Very good place for lunch . Great specials, with soup , drink and huge brownie for dessert with each special sandwich . Highly recommend!
Have always enjoyed my meals here. Normal have 6+ people & staff has been nothing but pleasant. (Perhaps our habit of tipping at least 35% helps! ????)
They didn't have mandarin oranges , so the guy ran to store to grab em! So yummy and friendly !!!! ^c^
Kids meals get a free ice cream dessert ... but don't dare ask the folks at Matthews Diner to have it to go. They flat out refuse and get nasty!

Strawberry milkshake is very artificial and I doubt there is Ice cream in it. Coleslaw is sweet cabbage and disgusting. Do not recommend very highly

The self scanning makes big shopping trips easier because I can pack my groceries as I go through the store and just pay at register. Also the bakery and florist are really good. - Rachel Westerduin
