They were pretty busy today, yet service was fast inside. I never check the drive thru

Rude staff . Theyre always messing w/ their hair or dong something besides serving the customer. I was waiting & she had my food & she was talking for 5mins &Im waiting for her to put it on the counter

Told me that they didn't have any iced coffee at night because they seemed too lazy to clean it off. After they tried to convince me, they tried to persuade me against it because it would take 5 mins.

The lady in the drive thru hates her life, nice hand tat though

Don't go here if you expect fast, friendly service--lines are long due to one cashier . Always understaffed and management doesn't have a clue how to run the business.

They messed up my home boy's order. I don't play that.

Check your receipts to make sure you don't get charged twice!

Don't stop here unless u are jobless. Their staff has no idea their customers have to make it work. 17 min is to long w 2 customers in front of me before pulling in. Ridiculous!

The slowest, most disorganized, and most rude staff in all of the chain! Don't stop here ever!!! Thought they had standards, guess not!

Holy cow! This place is slow.

Super slow....

NEVER. AGAIN. It took over 17 minutes to get a chicken sandwich , and they weren't even that busy. Ridiculous.
