I've tried 3 times in 4 years to have a good experience at IHOP, but no luck. Slow service and dirty tables. Got our order wrong twice. Food served on cold plates = cold food. Please heat the syrup !
They have great pumpkin pancakes . They are, sadly, seasonal.
