Who doesn't love mash ? Vegetarian options include sausage of the day, a vegetable hot pot , vegetarian haggis . Mmmm mash . Whisky also available.
Highly recommended place for haggis . The makar beer pairs very well with it, and service is very good.
Haggis was delicious. Staff are friendly . Menu has wide range of choices. Ask for the soup of the day.
Expect queues but turnaround time is decent-runs like clockwork. Mash was thick but smooth, gravy was wonderful, u can’t get enough of it! Chicken was juicy and well-cooked. Beer & mash - who knew!

I had the duck with Rosti , but the sauce was too sweet, the potatoes too soggy, and the duck flavourless (although it was tender). Staff are friendly , but I do not recommend this restaurant !

i was looking forward to this resturant..what a disappointment! we ordered lamb shank 3/10 very dry, scotch egg (never had one before) 2/10, beef shoulder 6/10 and a sticky toffee pudding 8/10
