Pleasant spot for relaxing and people watching , any time of day. Gelato isn't the best, but it hits the spot.
Great energy in this little slice of plaza . So much better than last year. The coffee concession is outstanding. (The last one is best left forgotten.) Enjoy it all!

If you're here to people watch go to the Cedar Hotel and grab a table. Also the saki bombs at Ra' Sushi are very moderately priced !
