If it’s soft-shell crab season, you know what to do. Also must get: flowering chives with shredded duck . Skip: ginger scallion noodles . The sodium intake here is legit, so drink plenty of water.
Venerated late night Chinatown spot. Roast pork (and skin-on roast pig ), noodles , fried soft shell crabs , and stir fried garlic chives are smart orders here.
when you been standing on the corner of 5th and vermouth at 2 in the morning, it's high time you rendezvous with the nighthawks on the graveyard shift to fill your belly with roast duck and dumplings .
One of my favorite places in Chinatown. Went with my parents on my week off. Had the salt and pepper squid , chicken chow fun , shrimp in black bean sauce and Baby bok choy
The e-fu/yi-min noodles have an amazing texture and are best paired with the rich, earthy roast duck . Flowering chives with duck are also great. Only downside: the food tends to be on the greasy side.
Soy chicken over rice ..simple and delicious. But if you have no clue what you want, look at the menu before stepping to the counter, that don't like indecisive people
One of the few Chinatown places that open this late. You can either go simple with the triple roasted goods rice (pork , chicken , duck ) or get the fun stuff like salt & pepper frog legs , clams , etc.
Cheap and great. They roast so much pork the fat condenses on the floor by the front door. Be careful you don't slip on the delicious delicious grease.
Order: Barbecued pork , shrimp dumplings , Chinese sausage fried rice , crispy noodles with roast duck , shredded chicken and pea shoots , sea bass with flowering chives , and salt-baked shrimp .
Great noodle soup . Perfect if you are looking for confort food. Great taste of Shrimp roll and Duck roll . We love it. They serve hot tea from the start of the meal whenever you want.
Pan fried noodles w beef is amazing.
The best dumplings i've had in my whole life! Try the shrimps steamed dumplings and stir fry noodles with pork ! Amazing food

Roast pork , roast duck , soy sauce chicken , suckling pig and roast pork are all good. Solid good Cantonese fast food . Great for late night dining !
Awesome spot for a late night meal. Their crispy pork is on point!
Anthony Bourdain-approved! One of the few joints in Chinatown that'll still be open when you stumble out of Apotheke at 3 in the morning. The Suckling Baby Pig on Rice is worth its weight in guilt.
Open till 4am. Super tasty congee , and lovely roast duck . Definitely not a fancy place , but reminds me of some of the side-alley spots in Hong Kong.
Yes, yes, yes. If it's hanging on a hook in the window, you won't regret ordering it. Also, killer salt baked soft shell crab/shrimp. An NYC classic.
Cheap and good. Put a smile on your face and order the duck rolls and then get the shrimp and noodle soup . All for under 10$ you will still be smiling when the bill comes!
Cash only . The duck is so on point, so get it. Apparently, the soft shelled crab is a thing, so I need to get on that asap.
Probably some of the best roast pork you'll ever eat, if the line is crazy get it to take away .
Baby pig , roast pork , Singapore chow fun , and sautéed pea shoots , but don’t forget the ginger scallion sauce!
I've been here 10+ times & have tried 13 dishes. LOVED: 1) Wanton Noodle Soup 2) Sautéed Snow Pea Shoots . FAILED: Salt Baked Pork Chop . See Top 10 dishes on Foodmento: Read more

Beware that the 'lo mein ' section of the menu are Hong Kong-style steamed noodles . The lo mein you know & love is under pan fried noodles .
Our favorite place to satisfy our late-night noodle craving. We love to order the Roast Duck Wonton Noodle Soup .
If you're undecided on which roasted meat dish to get, check out the "three jewels", it's one pro roast duck , roast pork and soy sauce chicken .
Singapore Mai Fun is soooo good. This place is crowded even on a Monday after 1am, so be careful. Best noodles , period.

Love it: ginger scallion noodles , roast baby pig , roast pork , salt baked shrimp
My faves are the flowering chives with beef , shrimp wonton & the roast pork . ????
A late night Chinatown classic. Aim for the roast meats , and slather ginger-scallion sauce over everything.
Bbq meats and noodle soups are good here. They do tend to steal meat from your order and the cashiers can be jerks, but whatevzz.
Delicious roast pork and duck over rice and soy sauce chicken . Always busy
best salt baked squid ever. Sea bass + ginger scallion sauce also delicious!! My favorite Chinatown spot
Great BBQ pork , soy sauce chicken and one my fab dishes is the eggplant in black bean sauce . Also try the salt fish w chicken fried rice . Yum

Grab some BBQ from the top right of the menu and the scallion ginger noodles from the bottom right and call it a day
This place has a true authentic feel....the food is unlike what you would get at a chain chinese place ....highly recommend
The fried noodles taste great! But if you take them to go, add some soy sauce before you leave.
