Walked right in and was in the exam room within 5 minutes. Friendly staff . Thanks for the help.
I have watched countless people pass out in the waiting room, and they could care less. Unless you arrive by ambulance, you're screwed out of luck! Last ER trip BROKE my surgical screw in my shoulder!
Was there for 10 hours and they still don't know what is wrong with me. I need to get a referral from a general surgeon before I can have this test done because they can't order it in the ER.
Called ahead and been here 45 minutes. Still haven't been seen. Sure wish I would have had my surgery elsewhere.
Does not triage patients properly. Patients with a hangnail go ahead of a heart attack . They take people as you come in order. Pathetic
The emergency room staff is the absolute worst! Why wait 4+ hours to be seen, only to be put in a room and have to wait another 4 hours to see a doc?
Also, the restrooms were filthy. Balled up hair all over on the women's restroom floor, toilet paper everywhere. Piss on the floor, a total disaster. GROSS
The other two tips were left by idiots. Go to mercy if you like death! And the wait is worse!
Go to Mercy , UHIC emergency is slooooow. An hour wait before we saw anyone for chemicals in eyes. :(
