Its really a good hotel but the girls in the reception wasnt friendly and not smiling
Ask for CITY SPOTS, the annotated City Map of Vienna (free!). If you like THE RING HOTEL, then you may like the recommendations as well.

A great hotel! The luxuries and service if the grand hotels, yet casual and non-stuffy. Go for the X-Trodinary room on the Kaerntner Ring side for great scenery...

Very beautiful building, worth a visit. The tickets get sold out fast, so buy in advance. Standing tickets start to be sold 1h30min before the oper, the line gets really big. - Barbara Reis
