If you want your iced coffee truly "black" be sure to specify unsweetened as well . I learned that the hard way one day, but the barista told me that the iced coffees typically come sweetened.

Most of the young girls spend more time cackling and chatting with each other than helping customers. Impossible to relax with all the screwing around they do.

When I walk in they have my drink started (double tall white mocha ) I bring my own cup and get 10 cents off. How cool is that.

Can't recommend due to slow lackadaisical service in the store. Drive thru is much better and have had no problems there.

In the morning, it's faster to get your lazy butt out of your car and go in instead of waiting in that horrible drive-thru line .
