Solid takeout spot not too far from the airport . Good lunch stop. Fried chicken sandwich will do you right. Kale salad was great too. Iffy on the pork belly
Visit 3 times over 5 days! Mochinko chicken is great but quality can vary across days depending if it’s freshly prepared. Poke bowl is delicious and grab the Spicy Ahi if it’s available!
Top Chef contestant's Spicy fried chicken sandwich was crispy and delicious; Poké was tasty too! May have to squeeze in another visit or two this trip, despite trying to experience new things.
Chef Sheldon Simeon, local celebrity chef and finalist on Top Chef , will take your mouth on a journey through island heaven! Cheap eats, with lots of Gluten Free options , will leave you wanting more!
That fried chicken sandwich is unbelievable! But so are the rice bowls ! Pork belly so good!
Go with the mochiko chicken . Amazing flavors and texture, especially the crackling skin and sauce. Add the egg and get the dime bag . Pork belly was good but not as good compared to the chicken .

The spicy chicken sandwich is very good. Nice portion size. It's not too spicy and paired quite well with the island root beer .
The ahi belly special was incredible. Super tasty, rich, and fresh. This is a must visit place for great food fyi no views . It's parking lot eats.
The best food I had on Maui the whole week. Went here twice. Great spot to pick up for airport .
Awesome upgrade for local favorites! Try the mochiko chicken and a 6 minute egg ! So good. Gets crazy busy right at noon. Go earlier or later.
Poke Bowl and Garlic Shrimp we’re both great. Hours are just 10-2 so be prepared to get it to go! Only a few bar spots to sit at inside.
Highly recommend the Mochiko Chicken ! So much goodness from such a tiny restaurant !
Had the Pork Belly , add some green sauce and maybe some@pickled onions . The place has no seats so you have to stand at the small counter or like we did, we ate in our car.
Had the mochigo chicken . So delicious. Everything looked great. Cute spot. Definitely go there. Yum
The daily special poke bowl and the mochiko chicken bowl with garlic noodles (substitute; additional cost) is ????!!!
It’s all about the fried spicy chicken here called the Mochiko Chicken .
Fried chicken and garlic noodles is *so* good and worth going out of your way for.
Awesome food, great staff .. price is good!
Poke bowls are so good! Best roasted beet dish I've ever had.
Order first and then go to Maui coffee roaster to grab a cup while you wait.
Great place for easy, delicious lunch by the airport
Mochiko chicken was pretty good but rice could’ve used more sauce. Garlic noodles didn’t have enough flavor for me.
Mochiko chicken was great. I don't know what the sauce was, but I need more of it in my life.
Poki bowl, kale salad , beet salad , garlic shrimp
Mochiko chicken was overrated - the crackling skin was delicious but the rest was just too dry. Not really a big fan of the sauce either. Everything was lukewarm even though we arrived at 11am.
The food is great, but it's really small so don't expect to eat inside.
Mochiko chicken is solid
The chicken is tender and crispy .
Watch the board like a hawk. Menu items sell out often!
Always add a six-minute egg ????
Mochiko chicken was amazing!
Chicken bowl is amazing!
Pork belly + spam over kale
Chef special and chicke tin tin!
decent food but overrated. The daily specials are but not really cheap . It’s crowded and goodluck getting a seat!
Saimin was amazing! Poke bowl was also bomb, and don't forget the dime bags !
Crazy busy, don’t expect to eat in
OVERHYPED. Mochiko Chicken was dry. Pork Belly was tough. Ulu Mac Salad was basically mayo .

Super traditional style poke, using cuts of fish that you hardly see anymore -Chef Sheldon Simeon for food and wine magazine - Casi Gerber
Get some super fresh poke or seasoned pre-cooked shrimp. Delicious! Note that there's a half pound minimum. - Adam Lasnik
Beautiful little beach tucked in along side the airport. Windsurfers a plenty. - Nancy Johnson
Have tried other places, none as good as Ululani's. You can't go wrong with anything. - Alenda Michael
