They have separate vegetarian & gluten free menus. The vegetarian menu clearly lists what can be made vegan .
The tiger slaw is refreshing, sweet & sour Brussel sprouts were a tad on the sweeter side but that was a given and dumplings didn't disappoint. Love the restaurant vibes — will be back for sure!
Impressive amount of delicious vegetarian and vegan options . Asian pickles and wok-charred udon noodles are my favorite. Decent craft beer selection too. BONG.
I always get the cold dan dan noodles (among other things, like the pork bun and the tea ribs ) and finish off the meal with the granita and the affogato . The cocktails are really fantastic here too.
Great, light Chinese food . Get the pork belly buns , the spare ribs , and the lemongrass shrimp dumplings . The chocolate dessert is also surprisingly great! Favorite in Boston.
Spicy tuna poke was delicious (must have). We also had the chili shrimp(spicy & delicious), Indonesian fried rice , and shiitake mushroom lo mein (very smokey flavor -if you're into that give it a go!)
From the owners of Flour Bakery , comes Myers + Chang. A downright fresh take on American-Chinese cuisine. The braised pork belly buns are a must-order item.
Myers and Chang is a great atmosphere and awesome variations of food made pseudo Asian, like Chicken and Waffles , incredible Brussels Sprouts (if they’re in season) and the best little Ban Mi .
don't come in expecting "real" chinese food but it's fun, funky, and a great date spot ! very hipster diner vibe. highly recommend cheap date night .
A cute space…small but cozy and even a small bar in the back. Book at least a week ahead — you need a reseals it’s hard to get one.
Bacon+eggs & banh mi . All my fav things put together? Yep, but not the winning fusion food I dreamt of. +1 for the fresh pork and chive dumplings and crisp sweet potato chips .
Solid Asian fusion dim sum . Standouts: nasi goreng , dan dan noodles (both), papaya salad , pork and chive dumplings . Skip the fried egg rolls . Other items were decent and rounded out the meal.
Not sure why I waited so long to try the brunch . Amazing food. Terrific energy & vibe. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly .
This dim sum diner serves up chopsocky style with a big wink. On the menu are addictive Asian small plates of dumplings , sticky tea-smoked spare ribs , short rib tacos , and more. Read more
All of it. Buns , Dan Dan noodles , Genmai fried rice are favorites. Sunday Dim Sum is perfect and they've got an amazing vegetarian menu . Would eat every day.
Appetizers are much better than main noodle and rice dishes. Definitely coming back for dan dan noodle , pork buns , dumplings , and Brussel sprouts (8/10)
From the owners of Flour Bakery , come Myers + Chang. A downright, fresh take on American-Chinese cuisine. The braised pork belly buns are a must order item.
Oh my god, the sweet and sour Brussels sprouts ! My husband and I always get a double order. The pork belly bao are also to die for.
Really cool spot. Super friendly staff . We had 12+ dishes but the Hot and Sour Soup was the winner of the night.
Definitely check out the Taiwanese-style cool dan dan noodles with fresh peanut and chili sambal . Oh. My. Delicious. But be sure to make reservations as seats can be hard to come by.
They have a separate vegetarian menu . Try the brussel sprouts . Their desserts are yummy too!
Chef Joanne Chang’s people-pleasing tendencies extend to Asian fare at this funky diner , where the vibrant décor and über-cheerful staff combine to make even Tuesday nights feel festive . Read more
A staple of Boston's food scene. Dinner is served tapas style , so go crazy! You can never order too much -def try mama chang's dumplings , tiger's tears salad , asian-braised soft tacos !!
Best of Boston 2016: Chef , Up-and-Coming ???? :: Karen Akunowicz - Her trademark shock of pink hair represents a fierceness when it comes to bold, pan-Asian soul food .
This hipster-y South End spot serves inventive Chinese-inspired fare and has extensive vegan and gluten-free options.
The Ramen was ok.. Definitely not as good as Hokkaido ramen santouka in Harvard sq.. Boyfriend always gets the fish taco ❤️❤️
So amazing. Best scallion pancakes in my life and the fried rice went above and beyond any expectations.
See Executive Chef Karen Akunowicz, & you'll know you're in good hands. Be sure to get the Dan Dan noodles , nasi goreng , carrots , pork dumplings or mussels ... you'll be a very happy fat-kid camper.
Loved the apps. Can’t go wrong with any. Have 5ish for 2 of us as a meal. I preferred them to noodle main dishes.
Sake Bloody Mary / Nasi Goreng is legit, Bahn Mi isn’t but it’s god damn good nevertheless
A tasty, unusual twist on brunch . Try the pork belly , the great pastries from Flour, and the waffles - oh, the waffles !
Good cocktails : China Star & Coco-lime cooler. Dim sum=ho hum. Boa/bun tofu and fried pork belly=tasty. Wings=order w/o hot sauce or on side. Fried pork dumplings=ok. Kimchi pancakes=greasy.
You can't go wrong here, almost every order is awesome. I wasn't expected such a good Bahn Mi .
You can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. But if you want our personal favs, check out the nasi goreng , dan dan noodles & curried cauliflower . Absolutely delicious!
Everything is excellent. But the spice levels on the menu are misleading. Make sure you tell them how much spice you want.
The pork belly baos were my favorite! Despite everyone’s recommendations, I thought the cold dan dan noodles were too mushy and not all that interesting.
One of my best meals in Boston in a long time. Also very affordable . Scallion pancake and noodles
Some dishes are Chinese, some Thai, some Vietnamese, and some a fantasy amalgam of various nationalities, but no one would dare call Myers+Chang Pan-Asian. [Eater 38 Member]
Monday night is Date Night . Choose from 4 or 5 themed menus of various items from the menu, put together by the chef . $40 for one date, more than enough food for 2. Add a dessert for $5.
My go to place for dim sum . Delicious, modern, innovative Asian food that is true to its Asian roots.
Don't get me wrong: food was good. But I didn't think it was mind-blowing enough to justify what I paid, about $30 with tax and tip, for just me. I would go back for the pork belly bao , though.
Ask for the crispy tofu from the vegetarian menu ; small cubes of tofu are quick-fried and served with lemon , cilantro , and a generous helping of sriracha aioli . Eat!
Try their Dan Dan noodles and dumplings , they are amazing!
The Octopus is my favorite dish! Also don't forget to have dessert - all three I tried were great: parfait , lemon ginger , & creme caramel .
Wonderful food in a fantastic environment. I'll be thinking about that pork bao for days.
I can't remember more than a couple desserts as good as the Affogatto... it's definitely a must!
Make sure you get the banh mi with fried egg and soy glazed Bacon . It is unreal. The green papaya slaw is also amazing. Both are musts.
The dates menus are fun and very filling! Hot date had tiger tears, lettuce wraps , eggplant and chicken with rappini. Soooo good
Love love the Asian flavors of all their dishes. Plus great service! Definitely going back
Everything is wonderful - the Bloody Mary was perfect!
Buddha's delight is superb for vegetarians! Don't forget their house made hot sauce! - Niki G
#4 is vegan! (Hand pulled noodles) and they have lots of vegan drink options - Jessica Hiemenz
Good brunch. Moroccan cigars and pierogis make a great meal for two - El Campeador
A Boston classic! Great food, and a perfect spot to grab a Guiness as well as a bunch of other decent beers. - Ed Flynn
Friendly staff & fabulous pastries... you can't go wrong. Seating can be limited though, especially on the weekends, so plan accordingly! - Proxy Apparel
