If you walk your dog, beware of Animal Services, as they are writing tickets for dogs not on leash. They are trying to fund their department on ticket revenue and are on a power trip!

Good place to take a short walk during lunch break.

It's a really nice park for everyone, including dogs. Theres finally a bathroom here.

It is wonderful ,be careful with alligators

The park is patrolled by animal control often and $85 tickets are given for first-time offenders who don't keep their dogs on leashes.

This is a dog-friendly preserve, but dogs off leash are not permitted. Sarasota County leash law is strictly enforced. No dogs off leash.
