It's always pretty quiet inside and there's not a lot of people, so there's always room on the couch to read the paper or check your emails.

Instead of an iced drink, get an iced coffee with that drink's flavor. It's cheaper and tastes pretty much the same.
The kid working has no idea how to steam milk .... He flinched when he turned on the steam wand horrible. And added milk ontop of the whip he already put. Train your barista's!
