Blonde waitress Sarah's not good.Had to wait for a refill on my drink for 10mins & we were sitting right by the bar so I could see they weren't very busy w/ other drinks.Overall bad service from her.

The Chef at this branch brought me tasteless meal unlike other TGI branches.

The manager Manara needs to be fired. She's rude to costumers and doesn't care at all. Heard numerous complaints about her. She just isn't a good person.
