Good place to avoid the summer heat wave, for cheap clothing and footwear and souvenirs. There is a gaming section as well for the young at heart.

Lots of eating places over here, great place to walk. Unfortunately it doesn't connect to Taipei 101, otherwise it would be perfect!

Loads of shops! Make sure to bargain.
