Maybe its because I always go to the Starbucks in the city and the staff there are super quick and efficient. Here? Way too long of a wait for a drink.

There are flies and bugs inside the fridge where the baked goods are at. Told them, they said they'll "clean it up when the line gets less busy". Wtf?

What a pathetically inefficient and in attentive staff . Avoid if in a hurry. They just don't care. The big cashier only nice thing here.
