Kabuki is by far the best place for Sushi in the Santa Clarita valley. The are number 1 with a large gap between everyone else who different degrees of 2,3,4th place. Non sushi items are better too!
I've been coming here since it opened, and I've never been disappointed! Fav items: spicy miso ramen , garlic edamame , spicy tuna crunch roll , and Vegas roll =]
The Tonkatsu was nice and crispy ! If you dig pork then it's for you.

Vegas Roll is my current fave! Their riesling is pretty darn good, if you like sweet wines .
Their garlic edamame is quite fabulous. Be prepared to pay an extra $4 for it tho :-\ Our waiter didn't mention it was extra...

Incredibly slow service. Manager has been missing for 30 minutes, had to ask 2x for the table to be bussed.
Bad tonight. My wife was refused a little bowl of edemame because the policy is only offer edemame when sushi is ordered. Had spicy tuna on crispy rice and was told it wasn't sushi . Better at Wokano
